Roast Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken pieces
1 Packet spare rib marinade
1 and 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon Aromat
3 teaspoons chilli powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
Method:
Place the pieces of chicken in a large bowl.
Add all the ingredients into the bowl with the chicken.
Mix together.
Place in a lined baking tray.
Heat the oven 15 minutes prior at 200 degrees.
Then cook for 30 minutes.
