Life-saving skills taught to learners

“Our aim is to have at least one person in every household trained in first aid, so as to save more lives in future.”

Learners from Edenvale High School enjoyed a training session hosted by OHS Training Academy.

Held on August 31 at Edenvale High School, the learners were taught first aid skills.

“OHS Training Academy has started a project aimed at making first aid training publicly accessible and affordable,” said Mike Liebenthal from OHS Training Academy.

He said OHS partnered up with Edenvale High School and Hurleyvale Primary School for the pilot roll-out.

“All who attended loved the course and learnt a lot. It was fun and informative,” said Mike.
