‘No injuries reported in Terrace Road shooting’ – Edenvale SAPS

One person was arrested by Edenvale SAPS for pointing a firearm and discharging the gun in a public area.

Edenvale SAPS spokesperson Sgt Jacob Mashile said the incident occurred on the evening of August 11 near the corner of Terrace and Van Tonder roads.

“Despite reports on social media that people were injured, there were no reports of injuries,” said Mashile.

He said police are investigating the matter but was unable to provide details of what led to the incident.
