Induction of new Probus chairperson

Probus Association of Gauteng South inducted Ann Foster and introduced her as a new chairperson to the delegates of Inyoni Creek Probus Club recently.

The outgoing chair, Bryan Scarrott, introduced Ann at their AGM meeting in Inyoni Creek retirement community centre.

Probus is a worldwide association of clubs that caters to the fellowship needs of retired professionals and people.

The AGM was attended by 50 delegates from 13 of the 14 clubs in the district.

Ann said the Inyoni Creek catering committee went out of their way to set up an ideal venue and serve a tasty lunch.

Stan Madden, a South African Probus Council support member, said the club will certainly grow from strength to strength under Ann’s guidance.
