Residents are invited to celebrate Mandela Day with the Jo’burg Child Welfare on July 19.
This year the organisation celebrates 110 years in existence and will hold a fund-raising ball.
The event will take place at the Thaba Eco Hotel situated in the Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve at 46 Impala Road in Rietvlei.
Tickets for the event will cost R1 000 each and the dress code for the ball will be black tie.
The event will also feature a guest speaker, entertainment and dinner.
All proceeds from the sale of tickets to the event will aid in the care and protection of vulnerable and neglected children in the care of the Jo’burg Child Welfare.
