An Eastleigh Primary School learner was selected as April’s Toys R Us TRUper winner.
Last October, Tumisho was badly burned in an accident at his home, but despite what happened, remained an amazing child, easy to teach, well-mannered and helpful to all who need it.
Eastleigh Primary School’s principal Belinda Cooke-Tonnesen said Tumisho recently underwent skin grafts, during which he was brave, never complained and was still his amazing self.
“Even throughout the terrible ordeal, he and his parents are so caring and giving to others, never complaining or thinking about themselves,” said Belinda.
As the Toys R Us TRUper winner, Tumisho received a R500 gift voucher, cap and certificate.
