Edenglen High congratulates matrics of 2018

Overall Edenglen High School achieved 213 distinctions which averages out to 1.8 distinctions per learner.

Former Edenglen High School learners from the matric class of 2018 paid their old school a final visit to collect their matric results.

The former learners eagerly arrived at the school on January 7 to collect their results.

Former Edenglen High School matric learner Hope Matsheketsheke acquired seven distinctions in her final year of school.

From the class of 2018 two learners, Nikiwe Dube and Hope Matsheketsheke, acquired seven distinctions with Nikiwe obtaining an average of 91 per cent.

Nikiwe and Hope will be furthering their studies at the University of Cape Town this year.

Following the success of Nikiwe and Hope, fellow learner Kamogelo Maroga achieved five distinctions.

Overall Edenglen High School achieved 213 distinctions which averages out to 1.8 distinctions per learner.

The school’s pass rate was 95 per cent while 89 per cent of matrics can study at tertiary level.

Edenglen High School appreciates all the hard work that was put in by staff and learners to enable these great results.
