Uitkoms Home for Girls needs funds to cover running costs.
The home provides residential accommodation and care for pregnant teenage girls and vulnerable girls who have been referred by the courts.

The home is in need of:
• Funds to cover pocket money for the girls.
• Bread (about R1 000 per month).
• Cleaning materials such as Handy Andy, dishwashing liquid, toilet cleaner, oven cleaner, refuse bags, washing powder, air freshener, soap and pot scorers.
• Crockery such as spoons and forks.
• Groceries, especially non-perishables.
• Stationery.
• Toiletries such as bath soap, toilet paper (+R500 per month), body lotion, hand wash soap.
On-going urgent needs include:
• Brown sugar.
• Cleaning materials-Dish washer, Handy Andy, Air freshener, washing powder, sunlight laundry and Bleach.
• Crockery.
• Soup powder.
• Brick spread (Rama, blossom, Sunshine D or Rondo).
• Rice.
• Toilet paper.
• Mealie meal.
• Cooking oil.
• Salt.
• Tea bags.
• Milk.
• Vinegar.
• Stationery.
• Toiletries.
