Tails and Whiskers Charity Shop’s biannual Charlie’s Charity Market will be held on July 28.
This year’s market will mark the two year anniversary of the death of Charlie the boxer, the store’s mascot.
It will be held on Third Street in front of the Tails and Whiskers Charity Shop (between Eighth and Van Riebeeck avenues).
A variety of items will be available for community members to purchase.

Charities which will benefit from the market include Cat Village, Happy Yappers, Brainy Birds, Boxer Rescue and Hellen White working in the community.
Pancakes will also be on sale. Each pancake sold will raise funds for Animal Birth Control South Africa.
In addition to supporting charities, community members will be given the opportunity to learn more about the charities.
