Information provided by the witness included statistics about CIT heists in South Africa.

The statistics focussed specifically on robberies in Gauteng between January 1, 2013 to and December 31, 2017.

Zuma and Nhlapo were arrested in 2015 for their involvement in the Bedford Centre CIT heist.

They were convicted earlier this year.

Zuma and Nhlapo were found guilty on two counts of attempted murder, possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition and armed robbery.

The decision to postpone the matter was made by the magistrate after she heard the arguments from the state prosecutor and the accused’s legal representative.
