#Power_Alert: Eskom announces loadshedding alert for tonight
"The power system will be severely constrained between 5pm and 10pm."
Eskom has announced that stage 2 load shedding could take place tonight (Saturday) from 5pm to 10pm.
“The power system will be severely constrained between 5pm and 10pm. The national power system will be severely constrained between 5pm and 10pm.
Eskom calls on all consumers to assist by reducing their electricity consumption to minimise the risk of load shedding by switching off geysers, electric heating, pool pumps, and all non-essential appliances tonight from 5pm to 10pm.

Eskom issued Stage 2 load shedding alert from 17h00 to 22h00.
All customers are requested to conservatively consume electricity to assist Eskom to pull through the evening peak without having to implement load shedding.
