The outgoing committee of Tarentaal Village wants to leave behind a legacy of more family time and outdoor time.

Committee members Cecille Tamine, Maryna van Zyl and Jackie Murdoch’s last project before ending their two-year term of office was the creation of an outdoor recreation spot with picnic tables and children’s play equipment.

Sandra Todd and Frankie Neilson get into the swing of things.

“The picnic area will bring hours of enjoyment to both residents and their families,” said Tarentaal manager Tammy Neilson.
