Keeping fit in your golden years

Seniors fitness classes are held weekly in the Bedfordview and Edenvale areas.

Those wanting to attend can join classes at either Arbor Village or the Edenvale Community Centre.

There are no longer classes at the Bedfordview Civic Centre.

All classes are run by fully trained instructors from the South African Seniors Fitness Association (SASFA).
