Ward 20 Clr Jill Humphreys attended a site meeting on April 20 at the Bedfordview Town Hall.
This follows the NEWS’ recent article, Bedfordview Town Hall is being revamped, published on April 11.
She said that she is relieved that the last refurbishment is in progress.
Humphreys does have concerns about the audiovisual equipment that needs to be covered.
“Covering is needed as there is dust from all the sanding and cleaning from the floors,” she said.
Humphreys requested residents who have scaffolding available to assist with the equipment.
The residents have offered to assist her on this matter and also on other areas where she may need help within the hall.
“I am grateful to generous residents offering assistance,” said Humphreys.
