Community members have been encouraged to make use of Edenvale Police Station’s suggestion box.
The box, situated in the station’s client service centre, gives community members the opportunity to have their say about Edenvale SAPS.
Captain Jean Olckers, spokesperson of the Edenvale SAPS, said compliments or complaints can be placed inside the suggestion box.

“Our doors are open to change and moving forward,” said Olckers.
Letters to the station must include a name and contact information.
“If a complaint has been put in the suggestion box management will personally contact the person to address the problem,” said Olckers.
