The Maria van Riebeeck Club recently hosted a function at Bishop Bavin School to raise money for school clothes for underprivileged children in various schools.
Hannes van Wyk, well-known media personality and presenter of the popular Kwêla show on kykNet, was the guest speaker at the event.

Hannes paid tribute to women with the focus on the different women that touched his life and provided him with inspiration.
