Donations from community bring festive cheer

"We would like to thank everyone for their donations but especially Karaglen Super Spar."

Edenhaven Retirement Home celebrated Christmas with a lunch for its residents.

The lunch was held on December 15 at the home and gave residents the opportunity to celebrate Christmas together.

Edenhaven Retirement Home’s committee member Careen Bosch at the lunch held on November 15.

Donations from the community and local businesses made the day possible.

“We would like to thank everyone for their donations but especially Karaglen Super Spar,” said Careen Bosch, an Edenhaven committee member.

Besides a lunch, residents were treated to Christmas carols sung by the home’s staff and the musical talents of Cindy Alter.
