Chad, a former Edenvale resident, started working with wildlife after high school, doing a game ranger’s course and studying for his honours in environmental management.

After his studies he took a year off to work in the bush at Motswari Private Game Reserve in Limpopo province.

Today, 10 years later, Chad is head game ranger at the lodge.

Two of his prints were auctioned on the night while others were auctioned online.

The funds raised from the evening and the auction will go towards Hillside’s outreach programmes.
