Park Meadows Shopping Centre hosted a whisky tasting and pairing session at the end of November.
The session was conducted by ‘good life tasting’ facilitator Jason Duganzich.

He explained the art of pairing food and whisky and how it enhances the taste.
Three whiskys were tasted — Laphroaig, Green Spot and South African favourite Glenfiddich. They were paired with simple bites from crackers with salmon, and cupcake topped with ripe banana and dried orange dip in dark chocolate.
The session was enjoyed by guests.
