Miss Africa from Edenvale
She was also crowned as Miss Africa Transcontinental 2017 and will now go on to represent Africa internationally next year at Miss Transcontinental 2018 pageant in Atlanta, Georgia.
Edenvale’s Casey Leigh de Witt was recently crowned as Miss Africa 2017.
At only 19, Casey is the owner of Younique Modelling Academy Dowerglen, Edenvale.
She was also crowned as Miss Africa Transcontinental 2017 and will now go on to represent Africa internationally next year at Miss Transcontinental 2018 pageant in Atlanta, Georgia.
Casey scooped up the titles after a week of travelling the North West Province with other contestants.
The crowning ceremony took place at ATKV Buffelspoort.
Delegates in the four represented categories were judged on their national outfits portraying their African heritage, portfolios, and videos which showed their seven-month journey as finalists.
Judges also had a look at the contestants in their evening gowns and the way in which they conducted interviews before the final decision was made.
