Sector crime forums to be established
"Each sector crime forum will address matters of concern in the sector."
Recently appointed Edenvale station commander Colonel Steven Moodley has called for the formulation of sector crime forums in Edenvale.
Moodley said the crime sector forums will pave the way for the new Edenvale Community Police Forum’s executive committee, still to be elected.
He told the NEWS the forums will be elected by residents in each sector.
Sector one’s meeting will be held at Dowerglen high on November 27 at 7pm.
Sector two’s meeting will be held at Eastleigh Primary School on November 28 at 7pm.
Sector three’s meeting will be held at Edenglen High School on November 29 at 7pm.
Sector four’s meeting will be held at Greenstone Shopping Centre’s gym parking lot entrance on November 30 at 7pm.
