Quondam seniors gather for spring celebrations

TO welcome the spring equinox, Jeppe Quondam Retirement Village residents celebrated their first braai for the season.

“The braai was the perfect opportunity for residents to gather and enjoy good conversation and food on what tuned out to be a lovely spring afternoon,” said village committee chairperson, Brian Renwick.

“We have a few more special events planned for the year, but as always, the turnout has been wonderful with most residents attending,” he said.

The braai was hosted and organised by the village’s new committee members who were recently elected at their annual general meeting.
