Applications for 2017/2018 SAPS trainee positions are open.
Requirements to apply are:
- SA citizens between the age of 18 and 30 years of age.
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- No criminal record.
- Driver’s licence (not compulsory).
- No visible tattoos and must be willing to be placed at any of the nine police stations within the Ekurhuleni North Cluster.
SAPS preliminary trainee application forms are available at human resources offices at all nine stations in Ekurhuleni.
Documents which need to be attached to the application form:
- Certified copy of SA identity document.
- ID photo.
- Certified copy of senior certificate/matric certificate.
- Copies of post school qualification.
- Copy of driver’s licence (if applicable).
All application forms must be in own handwriting in black ink.
Applications must be handed in at the station where the forms were obtained between 8am and 3:30pm.
Closing date for applications is July 23.
No late applications will be accepted.
Applications can be collected from Tembisa, Norkem Park, Tembisa South, Olifantsfontein, Rabie Ridge, Kempton Park, Ivory Park, Sebenza and Edenvale.
