The #KnysnaDisaster Relief Drive came to a close on Monday, with tons of donations from our readers and communities transported to those affected by the fires that have spread devastation on the Garden Route.

Significant donations were made, including 750 five-litre bottles of water by Rennies Travel head office in Braamfontein.

Rennies Travel donated a total of 3 050 bottles, with the remainder of the bottles being transported to Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.

The NEWS again thanks each and every person, business and organisation that donated towards this initiative.
