The National Council of SPCA’s has confirmed that the Bedfordview and Germiston SPCA will NOT close nor is it in danger of closing.
Messages circulating to this effect have been refuted by the Management Committee of this SPCA which is nevertheless in need of funding, as are so many SPCAs throughout thecountry.
The NSPCA has appealed to residents to support the SPCA in their own area which may also be in urgent need of funding and meaningful support.
To support your local SPCA, please work with and through them directly.
Donate directly and support their funding efforts.
Please do not hand over cash to anyone claiming to be raising funds on behalf of an SPCA.
