Holy Rosary recently congratulated grade 11 learner Daniella Ribeiro, who has been chosen to compete in the Miss Teen International 2017/2018 event.
The competition will be held in Charleston, West Virginia, in the USA on August 5.
As part of her international campaign, Daniella will be raising funds for Dignity Dreams, an NGO which manufactures washable sanitary ware for underprivileged girls.
Daniella hopes to inspire and use her voice as a positive beacon to encourage positive self-image, confidence and social responsibility among young girls in SA and across the world.
In October 2016, Daniella was chosen as the first runner up in the Miss Teen Social Entrepreneur SA 2017 Programme.
