The body of a man, believed to be in his 30s, was found in a veld off the Greenstone Boulevard in Greenstone this morning.

ER24 spokesperson, Russel Meiring, said paramedics arrived on the scene at approximately 8:15am.
“Upon closer inspection, paramedics found the body of the man lying a few metres away from his wrecked motorbike.

“The man was assessed and found to have sustained fatal injuries and showed no signs of life. Nothing could be done for the man and he was declared dead on the scene,” said Meiring.
He said local authorities were on the scene to investigate.
