Author talks about her quest

Jahnel gave a presentation on discovering what we think, and also spoke about her book 'Searching for Galileo'.

The Rotary Club of Bedfordview recently hosted author and world traveller Annette Jahnel as the guest speaker at the Belgravia Bowling Club in Bedfordview.

Jahnel gave a presentation on discovering what we think, and also spoke about her book ‘Searching for Galileo’.

In 2014 Jahnel’s grand adventure was a one year road trip, once around America in 2014, in which her aim was to try find the answer the question: If we all want to live in peace and harmony with each other, why are we not achieving this goal? This journey resulted in the book ‘Searching for Galileo’ which has just been published.

The book asks important questions why we think what we think about the economy, education, equality, evolution, environment and energy.

Rotarian Aniki Schelin introduced the speaker and Rotarian Eric Hackett thanked her for an informative talk

Jahnel was presented with a thank you gift at the end of the evening.

Rotarians, guests and friends alike enjoyed the evening.
