Ron Smith residents enjoy Valentine’s Day celebration

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, residents from Rand Aid’s Ron Smith Care Centre were treated to a tea to celebrate the day.

The decorations used for the event were all handmade by the residents from the care centre.

On the day of the celebrations, while seated under decorated gazebos, residents enjoyed a variety of treats and sat in the company of their friends and the staff of the centre.

After the morning tea, staff from the care centre gave heart-shaped packages to all 160 residents of the care centre.

The packages were filled with chocolate truffles and were received with thanks from the residents of the care centre.
