Little Eden to host birthday markets
The society's second-hand shop is well known by locals for being a treasure box for incredible bargains.
To celebrate its 50th birthday and to generate funds, Little Eden plans to host 50th Friday Sales for five consecutive Fridays.
The February sales will take place on February 3, 10, 17 and 24. The sales will run between 10am and 3pm and will take place at Little Eden’s premises at 79 Wagenaar Road, Edenglen. The first sale was held in January.
Public relations and communications officer of Little Eden Ms Nichollette Muthige said the society’s second-hand shop is well known by locals for being a treasure box for incredible bargains.
“Various itemss will be sold on these date at the home for R50 or less and all clothing will be sold at R10 per item,” said Ms Muthige.
She said limited refreshments will also be on sale at the home.
