On January 23 the Edenvale Rotary Club will host guest speakers Mr John and Mrs Annalie Anticevich who will be giving a talk titled “All roads lead to Santiago – A journey on foot”.
Ms Linda Clarke, secretary of the club, said the speech will describe a unique overseas holiday.
“The pair will be sharing with us their experiences when they walked 560km of the Camino Santiago during July 2015, completing it in 26 days.”
She said the Camino is a pilgrimage which sees thousands of people walk this route in northern Spain each year.
The event will take place at Mongo’s Portuguese Restaurant, 2 Sunrock Place, Sunnyrock, Edenvale at 6.15pm for 6.30pm.
Ms Clarke said the entry fee is R65, including a meal.
