Motorcycle club continues its support

The Classic Motorcycle Club recently held its annual handover where they distributed much-needed funds to two Edenvale charities.

Learners lend a helping hand

Ms Marlene Hooper, the charity coordinator of the Classic Motorcycle Club, said the handover was held on December 11.

She said the two charities that received support included the Edenvale Hospice Care Centre and the Guide Dogs Association South Africa.

“We have been supporting these two worthy causes for the past nine years and are sure to continue in the future,” said Ms Hooper.

She said this year the club was fortunate enough to raise more funds than anticipated.

“We were able to assist them during July this year as well, after a successful 1 000 Bike Show,” said Ms Hooper.
