The Greenstone Shopping Centre welcomes spring with an outdoor workout.
Join myGym and B4C Fitness Centre for a free fitness session at the entrance 3 parking area in front of the gym on the September 3 from 10am to 11am.
Registrations will be held on the day from 9am and everyone is welcome. Spot prizes can be won and prizes include a free session at myGym valued at R100 for every participant.
You also stand a chance to win a three month membership to myGym valued at R1000 or one month training for unlimited CrossFit valued at R800.
Ms Charmain Qofela, Greenstone Shopping Centre’s communications manager, said there is also one month’s teen class valued at R400 or one month body sculpting class valued at R600 up for grabs.
She said the workout will be user friendly, functional station training which will be suitable for all fitness levels.
Ms Qofela urged those who will take part to bring their own water bottles and towels and be prepared for a fun session.
