Eastleigh Primary School congratulates Col Roberts

On August 5, Eastleigh Primary School held a welcome reception for Colonel Robbie Roberts who was recently appointed acting station commander for the Edenvale Police Station.

Col Roberts was transferred from Kempton Park Police Station to Edenvale Police Station when the previous station commander retired at the end of July.

At the reception welcome, speeches were read by pupils and Col Roberts was given a cake by the school.

“Our school community is overjoyed to see Col Roberts back and congratulate him on his promotion to colonel and acting station commander,” said the school’s principal Ms Belinda Cooke-Tonnesen.
