Patients to use 24-hour clinics on election day

Residents are advised to use primary healthcare centres and hospitals operating 24 hours.

The City of Ekurhuleni informed residents that clinics will be closed on Wednesday, August 3 to allow staff to vote in the local government elections.

Residents are advised to use primary healthcare centres and hospitals operating 24 hours.

List of Primary Healthcare facilities operating 24 hours are as follows are:

  • Esangweni Community Health Centre at 219 Mpilo Street, Esangweni Section, Tembisa. Contact 011 9253887.
  • Mary Moodley Memorial Community Day Centre at 732 Khan Crescent, Actonville, Benoni. Contact 011 4218680.
  • Phillip Moyo Community Health Centre at 6944 Etwatwa Ext 9, Mandela Section, Benoni. Contact 011 426 4901.
  • Kwa-Thema Community Health Centre at 7001 Moshoeshoe Street. Contact 011 737 7902.
