The Yeoville SAPS arrested three suspects for robbery on July 13.
The arrests were made along Raleigh Street at about 1pm, during a routine patrol.
“The police officers were patrolling when they heard screaming. They noticed a group of people on the side of the road.
“The group pointed to three suspects who were running. They told the officers that they had been robbed by the men fleeing on foot. The suspects were later arrested and detained at the Yeoville SAPS,” said the Yeoville SAPS’ Constable Thabo Malatji.
They are expected to appear in the Hillbrow Magistrate’s Court on charges of robbery.
