The Joburg East SAPS Cluster arrested 210 suspects between June 1 to 8.
The suspects were arrested for committing crimes ranging from rape to attempted murder and armed robbery.
The arrests include one suspect arrested for rape, five arrested for armed robbery, five arrested for common assault, two arrested for assault with the intent to cause grevious bodily harm, seven arrested for theft, nine for shoplifting, 24 for drinking and driving, eight for possession of drugs, four for business robbery, three for possession of hijacked motor vehicle, one for hit-and-run and one attempted murder.
