The Edenvale Methodist Church will once again host its annual winter lunch for the needy and destitute of the community.
The event will take place on Saturday, June 11.
Church members plan to serve a hot meal to around 200 attendees, with fresh fruit and hot chocolate to follow.
The distribution of beanies and scarves is also planned for the day.
Residents who would like to be part of the event in any way, either by serving and clearing on the day, or donating towards the cost of the food, can contact Gail on 083 498 7738 or 011 454-1911.
