Bedfordview Guides receive Chief’s award
Ranger Guide, Wendy Sorour, has guided them for the completion of this award as they were still working on the old Guide programme.
Robyn Austin and Genevieve Reid from the 1st Bedfordview Guide Company both received their Chief’s Challenge Award on February 23.
They have been members of the 1st Bedfordview Guide Company since 2012 and have attended many camps, pioneering competitions and outdoor cooking competitions over the last three years.

Adult Leaders Karen Jones and Harriet Njema have worked with the rest of the Guides on the new programme, which was launched in June 2014.
1st Bedfordview Guides meets at the Bedfordview Scout Hall, situated at the corner of Florence and Disa roads, on Tuesdays from 5pm to 7pm for youngsters aged 10 to 15 years old.
