St Benedict’s College beat the Jeppe High School for Boys U/15A rugby team 10-7 recently.
In a nail-biting match between these two close neighbours, the U/15A team of St Benedict’s managed to turn around the defeat which they suffered to Jeppe in 2015.
Bennies scored first, to lead 5-0.
Jeppe soon countered with a try and went into the break with a lead of 7-5.
Bennies scored a try early in the second half.
The boys then defended with everything they had to keep Jeppe out for the last 10 minutes of the match.
