Three suspects in a cream Mini Cooper were apprehended on February 8.
According to Edenvale Community Police Forum, Mrs Linda McKenzie the suspects were all linked to other crimes.
The NEWS previously reported on February 2 that an Edenvale mother fought off would-be hijackers after she had been followed from her child’s school.
The woman was attacked on First Avenue when she stopped in her mother’s driveway and was attacked by four well dressed men in a cream Mini Cooper.
According to Mrs McKenzie the suspects were linked to crimes in Edenvale as well as the Primrose areas.
“The case in being investigated to see whether the suspects are linked to the crime involving the attack on the Edenvale mother,” she said.
