Lieutenant Colonel Jimmy Munzhelele returns

The Edenvale Police Station has welcomed back Lieutenant Colonel Jimmy Munzhelele.

He has taken up the position as the station’s new head of crime prevention and intends on assuring the safety of the community.

Lt Col Munzhelele has worked as a police officer for the past 30 years.

He said he has served in Edenvale previously, before he was transferred to Kempton Park Police Station and then Tembisa Police Station as the crime prevention operations commander.

“I am happy to be back in Edenvale to prevent crime and ensure the community is safe,” said Lt Col Munzhelele.

He said his main aim is to serve the community in the best way he can.
