The SAPS is looking for these men in connection with Rhodes Park double murder and rape.
The Gauteng SAPS spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Lungelo Dlamini, said these men may be able to assist the police with the investigations into the case.
He said a reward of R100 000 will be offered to anyone who comes forward with information that leads to the arrest of about six suspects, who the SAPS is still searching for.
On October 17, two couple were attacked by 12 men at the park. Two men were assaulted, had their hands and feet tied with their clothes, and were then thrown into the lake. Their bodies were recovered later that evening. One of the women was raped. The other woman was reportedly able to fight off her attackers until help arrived.
Lt Col Dlamini said the two suspects currently charged for the case will appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, December 9.
Anyone with information that can lead to the arrest of these men and their accomplices can phone the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Bruce van der Schyff, on 082 651 7769. Alternatively, information can be reported to Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
