The house, on Kloof Road, will be auctioned by the Michael James Auction Centre.

Ms Kay Greenley said she was not allowed to reveal any further details as far as how much the bidding would start from.

“For now, we wait for the liquidator to come forward with more information before the sale can take place,” she said.

Krejcir was convicted in August for the kidnapping, assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm and attempted murder of Bhekithemba Lukhele.

The Czech Republic fugitive and his fellow accused will be sentenced today.

He is currently awaiting trial for other cases. These include the murder of former Bedfordview resident, Sam Issa.

Issa was killed after more than 33 bullets were fired at his Audi Q7 near his home in Bedfordview.

Krejcir was once linked to the murder of strip club boss and also former Bedfordview resident, Lolly Jackson. He was later acquitted due to lack of evidence.

The key witness to the case, Mr George Louca, died in May while in police custody after a long illness.
