Millennium Home faces possible closure
A retirement home in Kensington may have to close.
The Millennium Old Age Home may have to close its doors next week.
Sources close to the home said on Tuesday morning that the home’s management was in a meeting to discuss the possible closure.
The source said the home will be closed due to the financial challenges it is facing.
The home is affiliated to the SAVF.
The secretary for Mr Erusmus, the home’s director, confirmed that there was a management meeting on Tuesday. She could not give more information as she was not allowed to talk to the media.
She asked the EXPRESS to phone after the meeting.
