Top DJs to feature at charity party

Residents are invited to join the Sunflower Fund for its most anticipated charity spring event.

The Sunflower Fund, in partnership with some of South Africa’s top DJs like DJ Switch, Ryan The-Deejay and DJ Wags, presents the Black & Yellow Spring Party at Scarlet Ribbon, Greenstone.

The event is aimed at raising funds to pay for the tissue-type testing of potential donors to join the South African Bone Marrow Registry in order to help patients suffering from leukaemia and other life threatening blood disorders to find a life-saving match.

The Sunflower Fund Black & Yellow Spring Party will be held on Saturday, August 29, to usher in spring.

Tickets for the event are available through Computicket, or at the door.

Ticket prices range from early-bird special, pre-sales R99, pre-sales R150 or R200 at the door.

The Sunflower Fund is a non-profit charity that creates awareness, educates and recruits potential bone marrow stem cell donors for the South African bone Marrow Registry in the hope of saving the lives of patients suffering from leukaemia and other life-threatening, blood-related diseases.
