SAPS, residents reach out to Edenvale’s homeless tonight

Edenvale SAPS and residents spread the warmth.

Edenvale residents and Edenvale SAPS members collected donations of food parcels, winter gloves and beanies which were distributed to the homeless in Edenvale tonight.

“I just felt Edenvale needed something positive and helping others is the ideal opportunity and means to do that,” said Ms Elize Filotto.

Savika stepped in and donated winter gloves and beanies, Pick n Pay donated food parcels and Chaplain Vaughn Grantham donated food parcels and sanitary kits.

Lieutenant Colonel Robbie Roberts from Edenvale SAPS and officers joined the group of residents in distributing the donations.
