An 84-year-old man has been reported as missing.
The information was released by the Hillbrow SAPS.
Mr Horst Grobelyn went missing from the Tswelopele Frail Care Centre in Hillbrow on May 8.
Tswelopele Frail Care Centre social workers are desperately looking for their resident.
According to the centre, Mr Grobelyn suffers from dementia and therefore suffers from memory loss.
He can be identified by his light brown shaved hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 60 kilogrammes and is about 1.5 metres tall.
Mr Grobelyn also has a patch on his left shoulder and old wound scars on both arms.
He was last seen wearing grey tracksuit pants, a royal blue tracksuit top and a white t-shirt. He was last seen on May 8 at the Tswelopele Frail Care Centre.
It is believed that Mr Grobelyn may be in Gerniston or the Johannesburg East areas.
