According to Bedfordview SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Mduduzi Nhlabathi, the men were nabbed on different incidents.
“In the first incident, the officer on patrol duty received a complaint about the theft in progress. Upon arrival he found the suspect with a 20 litre container with a hose pipe draining diesel.
The man was arrested on the scene,” said Sgt Nhlabathi.
He said in another incident, a man was spotted draining diesel on Olifant Street. ”
“The complainant followed the suspect to his home, where he offloaded the fuel and took it into the house. He was also arrested,” said Sgt Nhlabathi.
