Suspect uses window during burglary

A video is circulating of what is believed to be a burglary suspect exiting a house through a window.

The video, of a burglary at a Kensington house, was published on the No Crime Facebook page today and appears to suggest a growing trend of burglars using windows to gain access into homes.
In the video, a man is seen exiting the house through a window, with a bag.

The suspect is then seen putting the bag down, crawling through the window, retrieving the bag and then fleeing the scene.

It is unclear if any burglar bars were installed on the window.

The page administrator has urged residents to be vigilant.
